Waterfall gesturing on the exterior was created using a combination of multiple glazes (see final photo for a close-up of the contrast).

Base glaze is a hazy mint with oxblood undertones, and the external overlay is an optic blue/white. Inside spout and upper section of rounded handle are also multi-glaze coated. Bottom fifth of the body is raw speckled stoneware. Piece has good heft and a jovial hand-built asymmetric character.

Purposeful removal of glaze from tip of pour spout thoughtfully reduces drips.
